So it's been a wild few months to say the least. Our hearts go out to those who's lives have been turned upside down by Covid-19. For those who have lost loved ones, to those who have lost their livelihoods, it's been a tragic and traumatic period for a lot of people.

We had only been officially open for a matter of weeks before we closed our doors for lockdown. While this was terrible timing for us, the health, safety and wellbeing of our members and their families was paramount, and we decided to close before the official lockdown was put in place.

We are incredibly thankful to have had support from the Third Sector Resilience Fund, which allowed us to keep working throughout lockdown. We hope that having had this time to focus on the business side of our enterprise will have helped us get closer to the stability we need to be able to confidently re-open our doors again soon.  There was a lot to do, from re-arranging the entire studio to researching all of the new health and safety and risk assessments needs, but we're nearly there. Wild & Kind is run by just 2 people, so even with being closed there has been a huge amount of work to get through.

We've also been working on our plans for starting up a funded/subsidised counselling service, and we've been re-doing the websites, both this one, and Wild & Kind CIC's main site. On top of this we have been developing plans for re-introducing our social activities when it's safe to do so. Workshops WILL be back.

At the moment, we have 2 provisional dates for re-opening. These are subject to change because realistically, government guidelines can change overnight:

13th July 2020 - We will re-open for existing full time and PAYG members
10th August 2020 - We will begin accepting new full time members only
1st November 2020 - We will begin accepting new PAYG members

We only have a few full time memberships left, so if you'd like to apply for a space get in touch with us at

Our garment printing service is officially back in full swing, so for more information, to place an order, or just to learn more about us as a company head over to Wild & Kind CIC or get in touch with us at
